Report Results

FOR FIRST-TIME USERS

Report results:

  • If you are new to the Program Stewardship software, you will begin in a “zero state,” meaning no existing action items will be present. To get started, you will need to enter new action items across three key areas: student learning, learning environment, and program/professional development. Going forward, the system will automatically pre-populate these areas with action items, making it easier to track progress over time.
  • To begin with, consider reviewing the “Actions Taken or Planned” section of your alignment table for the 2024–2025 academic year. This section can serve as a helpful reference as you develop your plan for 2025–2026.
  • Once your plan for the upcoming academic year is in place, navigate to the fourth tab, “Final Report.”
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button to submit your review to your associate dean.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE USED PROGRAM STEWARDSHIP BEFORE

Report results:

  • If you’ve previously used the Program Stewardship software, your current year’s action items will already appear. The first step in reviewing your program is to evaluate your progress on these items over the past year. After reporting on each action item, you will indicate whether it is completed or remains active, as indicated in the “Status” column above. The “Report” column provides a quick visual cue: a green document icon with a checkmark means the item has been reported on, while an orange icon indicates it has not yet been reported on.
