TL Review

Teamwork & Leadership Review (TL Review) is an app that allows students to evaluate each other's strengths and weaknesses. It's inspired by the 360-degree review/feedback evaluation concept, where an individual's performance is rated by themself and by those around them, and then this feedback is used to create an action plan. TL Review allows instructors to break students up into teams. Students then create goals on how they plan to improve on attributes determined by the department, then their team members rate how well that student did in accomplishing their goal.
